It is terrible. I don’t really know what it is like to face office politics but I do know I don’t get any of it at all. As such all my time is dedicated to my job tasks. I achieve excellence.
On the other hand, while I don’t have much to share with my friends on this subject, I hear about it all the time from everywhere. Many of my friends deal with toxic people on a daily basis. Getting the job done properly itself is a problem let alone getting ahead with career excellence. Yucks.
