Small chinese, or rather dialect based, businesses will flourish again once power is ceded back to civil societies. After all in order to consolidate power decades ago, the state had to systematically uproot the dialect clans and associations by killing chinese business and industries via legislations.
And they wonder why our people are not entrepreneurial.
