Sack the mega brands sitting in Ion Orchard, break the units up into smaller units for thousands of local entrepreneurs

Isn’t it time for the state to fund projects that put local entrepreneurs into buildings right in the heart of town? Wherein lies the trickle down effect of selling the people’s land to benefit foreign companies directly and not solve local business’ immediate problems of rental and exposure?
