That is bad attitude. I learnt this, ironically, from my best-friend-turned-enemy’s mum. For her furniture business whose turnover is at least $30k a day, she has the same sayisfaction between selling the $1000.00 wardrobe and the $8.00 pillow. Every little bit counts towards your attitude.
